2. Product Use and Buyer Responsibility LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions manufactures custom tactical accessories and storage equipment. By purchasing our products, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, installation, and use of these items.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know, understand, and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of tactical accessories. LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages to property or life whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.

3. Firearm and Accessory Compliance LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions does not manufacture or sell firearms or regulated firearm receivers. Any modifications made to a firearm using our accessories must be done in strict accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and local laws. We strongly recommend that all tactical equipment and accessories be tested in a safe environment prior to field use.

4. Export Restrictions (ITAR/EAR Compliance) . Certain products sold by LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By purchasing these products, you agree that you are a U.S. person as defined by ITAR and that you will not export, re-export, or transfer these items to a foreign person or entity without the proper authorization from the U.S. Government.

5. Governing Law This Legal Notice and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
