LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions – Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final At LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality, custom tactical accessories and storage equipment. Because our products are custom-produced to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items once a transaction is complete.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all specifications, including dimensions, colors, and hardware compatibility, are correct.

Damaged or Defective Items While we maintain strict quality control standards for all of our manufactured parts, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged or contains a critical manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the defect or damage

• Clear photographs of the affected item and the packaging

If we determine that the product is defective or was damaged prior to delivery, we will work with you to provide a replacement part at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged items.

Order Cancellations Because production on custom equipment often begins shortly after an order is placed, we do not accept order cancellations once payment has been processed.
