LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions – Shipping Policy

Production and Processing Times All LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions products are custom-manufactured to order. Please allow a standard production lead time of 3 to 14 days from the date your order is placed until it is ready to ship.

Orders are processed and put into the production queue in the order they are received. Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your selected items.

Please note that the delivery times provided by the carrier at checkout are estimates and begin after the production lead time is complete. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LayerZero Tactical 3D Solutions is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

(If your item arrives damaged due to transit or a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement.)

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
